This couch exceeded my expectations. I'm disabled, and it's very hard for me to assemble furniture. I've worked with furniture that is super compressed and expands when you open it, so I thought, 'Why not? The hardest part was just unwrapping the cellophane and the weight. The couch is heavier than it looks.
It's surprisingly firm and very comfortable. The only issue I see with it is that the back is very low. I'm super short, so this isn't a huge deal for me (in fact, it was a selling point!), but if you are super tall, this may not give you enough back support. Adding extra throw pillows helps. I also want to add that the company is super responsive. My couch shipped with only half of the wooden feet, and I had replacements sent out in less than a week.
I've gotten nothing but compliments. It's a great couch to put together when assembling furniture is not your thing.
The Love seat cushions firmed up nicely within a few days and have been a hit with the family. They dry off quickly after a rain and stain removal has been very easy. Yes it got stained with a drink the first night but it came out after following the instructions.
I'm happy with this product, it is comfortable and was as easy to set up as advertised, no tools required. I like how lightweight and easy to move it is. My only critique is that there is a gap at the front where the two chair pieces meet because there is a zipper at the back but not the front. But this is a minor issue and doesn't affect the comfort. Also, the back zipper on my unit appears to have been installed inside out, but I was still able to zip it closed.

the color depicted on the website was no where near the color that arrived. The green is not an olive green, it is a mint pastel green and did not work in our backyard. We were disappointed to know there was a $ 100 return fee on these items, so buyer beware. Order the swatches before you purchase the item. We re-ordered the blue M1 sofa and the color was much closer. Still, on the website, the background appears off-white with demin blue stipes, and it is definitely a white background with denim blue stripes.
I love almost everything about it. The one thing i think should be improved is to make the back higher when you lean against it.
Having the throw pillows that come with it helps and I’d wish I could buy more of those separately.
The colour isn’t as blue as it appears online which I really like.

I expected product to inflate as demonstrated in video- took more than 24 hours to inflate. I tried steaming the fabric as suggested but I can’t get the wrinkles out. Comfortable but doesn’t look too good
Really cute couch, very comfortable, definitely sits low to the ground so you need to have furniture that sits at a similar height or else the seating could be awkward. Love how it zips together. I do wish the cushions sat flatter together in the middle there is a moderate amount of space between the two cushions.
Great sofa very comfortable and great quality. Only downside we have found is that outside of the zip on the bottom of the sofa you are provided 3m double sided sticky pads to conect the 2 sides of the sofa at the top which does not work that well.
Outdoor sofa is firm but comfortable, eady to clean and i just vacuum off any dog fur easy. Much more comfortable than the r4 which is hard as rock and nothing like a cloud, so disappointed i purchased that one. But this outdoor one is definitely worth purchasing.
We bought the m1 outdoor loveseat when we moved into a small rental house in san diego, about 3 weeks ago. We already had the indoor M1 sectional in our living room and loved it so much that when we got the pre launch email a few weeks ago about the outdoor version, we basically didn’t even think twice. The loveseat size ended up being perfect for our little patio, not too big, not too tiny, just right for the two of us and our dog squeezed in the middle. The fabric is surprisingly soft for outdoor furniture and doesn’t feel stiff or plastic like others we tried in stores. Now the outdoor finally feels like a real space, not just a random yard.
I got the m1 outdoor loveseat and grabbed the covers at the same time because we have a dog and i didn’t want to stress about dirt or rain. Honestly that was a great call. Everything still looks new and cleanup is super easy. It fits perfectly on our patio and gets used every single day.
We got the m1 outdoor loveseat for our cottage deck and it has been one of those purchases you wish you made years ago. Normally outdoor furniture at the cottage ends up warped or mildewy and gross pretty fast, but this one has already been through sun and rain and still feels brand new. The fabric doesn’t hold on to water and doesn’t smell weird, even after storms. I was worried it wouldn’t be comfortable enough for long sits, but it actually feels like a real couch, not a stiff bench. The size is perfect for watching the lake in the evening with a drink.
